The purpose of the CJASN Trainee Peer Review Program is to provide a large number of nephrology trainees in the United States with experience in peer review during the course of their fellowship training. CJASN has created two podcasts on the peer review process and identified additional valuable resources to help trainees learn about peer review.
CJASN Peer Review Resources:
- CJASN Peer Review Podcast 1: Insider's Roadmap to Peer Review: Join CJASN Deputy Editors Michel Chonchol and Ian de Boer as they clarify the importance of peer review in ensuring rigor in scientific literature and how thoughtful, thorough reviews from experts in their field are integral to effective peer review.
- CJASN Peer Review Podcast 2: How to Write a Constructive Scientific Manuscript Review: Join CJASN Editor-at-Large Mitchell Rosner and Deputy Editors Michel Chonchol and Ian de Boer as they provide detailed guidance on how to evaluate manuscripts of original research for scientific journals.
CJASN thanks our podcast participants: Deputy Editors Michel Chonchol and Ian de Boer and Editor-at-Large Mitchell Rosner
