  • The validation patients only included patients with severe hyponatremic who did not receive desmopressin treatment. The association between the SHOR score and consensus overcorrection group was significant in the internal validation (Spearman correlation coefficient 0.41; P<0.001) but not the external validation (Spearman correlation coefficient 0.09; P=0.39).
