  • Odds ratios were adjusted for all variables shown in the table and others. All models were adjusted for initial hemodynamic indices. Estimates of risk of progression were additionally adjusted for SOFA score on day of AKI I, lactate levels, mechanical ventilation and history of cardiac disease. Estimates of risk of mortality were adjusted for SOFA score on admission to the ICU, use of vasopressors and urine output on day of AKI I.
