CHECK PAYMENTS for Institution or Individual Subscribers: Check payments (accompanied by subscriber paperwork/documentation) should be mailed to: American Society of Nephrology, PO Box 890847, Charlotte, NC 28289-0847. (DO NOT send claims or credit card payments to this address.)

  • All subscription agencies should provide the subscriber's ASN Account Number with the subscription payment. Regardless of whether your firm handled the subscriber's account in the prior year, you need to request from the subscriber their ASN Account Number and submit it with the payment.
  • ASN offers a 5% discount for legitimate subscription agencies.
  • Subscription year runs January through December only.
  • Claims for issues older than six months from the date of the claim will be filled at the discretion of ASN. ASN reserves the right to charge for shipping for these types of claims.
  • Rates are effective through 2021. However, rates are subject to change. Rates are in US Dollars.
  • The Journal of the American Society of Nephrology and the Clinical Journal of the American Society of Nephrology are both published 12 times a year.
  • Effective 2018, subscriptions for individuals are only for the online journal. If an individual wishes to continue to receive the print version of the journal you must join ASN as a member, and thus receive the print version as a member benefit.
