Ordering a Subscription to CJASN

INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

ASN members receive an online subscription to CJASN as a benefit of membership. Further information on member benefits can be found on the ASN website.

Non-ASN Member Individuals can subscribe for a print subscription, and/or online subscription. Non-members should review the subscriber rates and contact ASN Subscription Services indicated below.

When you subscribe to the online journal you will receive instructions for activating your online access. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your online subscription to CJASN

• A user name and password that you can easily remember
• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your customer number (provided by Subscription Services)

INSTITUTIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

First, you must follow your usual "new serial" ordering procedures to subscribe to CJASN. Subscription Rates are available here.

Second, once payment has been received, you will receive instructions for activating your online account to CJASN, and must provide the following:

• Contact name, title, phone, fax, and email
• Customer number (included with the letter)
• Institution's IP Address(es)
  Critical information about IP addresses -- read this

Your institution will not have access to the full CJASN content until you complete this second step.

Contact the ASN to begin accessing CJASN right away.
